3. Return Approval & Verification Process
- All return requests are subject to verification by Digikray Market Academy and the respective seller.
- Buyers may be required to provide clear images or videos showing the issue.
- The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any return request based on internal investigation.
- If approved:
- Pickup may be arranged, or
- Return shipping instructions will be provided
- If the returned product is found to be:
- Used
- Tampered with
- Inconsistent with the reported issue
- the return request will be rejected, and the product may be sent back to the buyer at their expense.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are initiated only after successful inspection and confirmation by the seller and Digikray Market Academy.
- Refunds may be issued:
- To the original payment method, or
- As credit to the Digikray Market Academy wallet (at the Company’s discretion)
- Approved refunds generally take 7–14 business days to reflect.
- The following charges are non-refundable:

- COD charges
- Payment gateway or processing fees
Refunds will not be issued if:
- Products are returned without original packaging or accessories

5. Exchange and Replacement

6. Order Cancellations

- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

7. Return Shipping Costs

- In all other cases (change of mind, buyer error), return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.
- For self-shipped returns, valid courier proof must be provided for reimbursement consideration.

In disputes between buyer and seller, the Company’s decision shall be final and binding.

- Digikray Market Academy is not the manufacturer or owner of products sold by third-party sellers.
- The Company is not liable for:
- Product performance, defects, or warranties
- Courier-related delays or damages
- Direct disputes between buyers and sellers
- Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the total order value paid by the customer.
11. Dispute Resolution

- If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in SEHORE MP
